You may notice that I am not in the picture, it is in fact an Indian's finger.
I'd fly to South Africa and maybe roadtrip it to Nambia and maybe Mozambique. I have heard amazing things about those countries. That trip is definitely in my top 3 (a long with the Trans-siberian railway and polynesian island hopping).
I'll be in Germany for some more weeks...
Turkey? you can get a tourist visa at airport for 20 bucks I think.
