The description of almost every intern position in any big company I've investigated so far makes me think assisted suicide became legal sometime in the past few months. Especially the HR ones... cripes.

yea intern hunting's been difficult...although monster.com's been making not to subtle hints at the promising career paths in the CIA.
I found the way you summed it up quite funny. I'm currently studying HR, so I feel your pain. Hope you don't mind, I've posted about this on my blog.
I just found out that the office for this position I interviewed for is in the same building as Tom Delay's campaign headquarters....Go big business!
