I once chatted about the role of FARC in Colombia-US relations for an hour at a bar
I got in an argument with a random guy in a bar one time about why various European countries did or did not support the US role in Iraq.
I got in an argument with a Kenyan about why their handshake is vastly inferior to the Ugandan's.
I got into an intense discussion with a huge Norwiegan about the cultural and political impact of insuficient infrastucture(roads in this case) and its effect on the overall psyche of and organizing mentality of egyptians. (travel is expensive-not many people travel-no cross country conciousness is developed-poor national sentiment)
I do silly things when drunk
i got into a heated argument about jamaica's status as a US protectorate. i settled things by claiming that i had fought in the jamaican-american war of secession, which we lost
