Putting My Face on a Name
It's interesting how your mental dynamics change when your personal brand is a front-and-center aspect of a product. Does each decision beg for more care, deeper consideration? Do you become more risk-averse, no matter how perceived that risk may be? Does your perception of risk increase?
The world would be a far different place if our personal brands were front-and-center of everything we did. The difference, I think, is that it would be a far better place.
